I’m on a mission to help you to improve your health and wellbeing.
I’m a UKIHCA Registered Health Coach, Nutritional Therapist and CBT-I Practitioner based on the Isle of Man. Navigating the world of health can be confusing and frustrating. Trust me, I’ve been there. From feeling like you’re not being listened to, to being bombarded with conflicting information. You can end up feeling utterly stuck, and even when you know what you ‘should do’ it just doesn’t seem to work.
That's why I'm committed to using my knowledge and experience to simplifying things and provide you with clear, realistic steps to take control of your health journey.

Your first step for individual coaching is to Book a free 30 minute discovery call. We’ll run through what it is you’re looking to find support with, be that health, wellbeing, sleep or nutrition.
1:1 Consultation - £60 (1 hour)
Available in person on the Isle of Man or online in the UK.

Sleep Coaching Programme
Are you struggling to sleep, waking in the night, waking too early, or waking up feeling unrefreshed? Perhaps you don’t know where to start, or you feel like you’ve tried everything and nothing is working.
My comprehensive programme is tailored specifically to your needs and sleep challenges, as both a CBT-I Practitioner and UKIHCA Registered Health Coach I offer a unique combination of skills to address your sleep struggles.
