I’m Tori, an experienced UKIHCA Registered Health Coach and Sleep Coach, member of The Sleep Charity UK.
I believe that healthy changes start with little changes. My mission is to help you cut through the confusion, to support you and guide you through to better sleep. You can of course spend time trying to fix your sleep yourself, but in my experience working with clients this route can often lead to more confusion, more anxiety about your sleep and sleep becoming worse not better.
I work with people who are struggling to fall asleep, waking frequently during the night, waking too early, feeling exhausted despite spending hours in bed or those who are simply just tired of feeling tired.
As a trained CBT-I practitioner and recovering insomniac myself, I understand how frustrating sleep problems can be. I combine evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia with health coaching to help you achieve the restful sleep you deserve - naturally and sustainably.
I work with adults experiencing challenges such as: difficulty falling asleep, frequent night waking, early morning waking, racing mind at bedtime, reliance on sleep aids, anxiety about sleep, and feeling unrefreshed despite adequate time in bed.
Sleep troubles can come on slowly or suddenly. They are often in a frustrating cycle and connected directly with our physical and emotional health. The good news is though, CBT-I is an effective treatment alongside other health issues you may have. That’s why it’s the gold standard treatment recommended by the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE).
