Hi, I’m Tori. I’m passionate about Health Coaching and dedicated to empowering you to improve your health and wellness.

I hold a Diploma in Health Coaching from the College of Naturopathic Medicine and also a certificate in Nutrition in Culinary Practice from Leith’s School in London. With a strong foundation in science, having earned a BSc in Biology and an MSc in Environmental Science, I bring a unique blend of knowledge and practical experience to my coaching practice.

Before embarking on my training to become a Health Coach, I spent over 15 years in marketing and communications, where I first developed my skills in coaching and leadership as a senior manager. My personal experience with health challenges, including endometriosis and migraines, ignited a deep desire to help others navigate their own health journeys.

My approach to health coaching is grounded in simplicity and sustainability. I believe in breaking down complex health goals into manageable steps and incorporating nature and nourishing foods into daily life. By combining practical strategies with a holistic perspective, I want to empower you to make lasting lifestyle changes and achieve lasting results.
