High Protein Chocolate Smoothie Recipe

High Protein Chocolate Smoothie (Vegan)
Ingredients
150ml Almond Milk
150g Silken Tofu
1 tablespoon Cacao Powder
1 tablespoon Hemp Seeds (Hulled, Shelled or Milled)
1 tablespoon Cashew Nut Butter
2 Medjool Dates (Stones removed)
Method
Simply place all the ingredients into a blender or smoothie maker, blend till creamy and smooth. Pour into your favourite glass, sit back and enjoy!
*note: to pack in all that goodness and plant protein this smoothie is 407kcal. If you’re counting calories I would suggest to half all the other ingredients and keep the 150ml of almond milk if it’s a ‘snack’. Or it’s a great option for breakfast smoothie or to top up those calories if you’re training a lot.
